If you are unable to pick items for any reason using the app, then it is possible to skip that item from being picked.
For single & multi tote type batches the app will let you continue you pick the rest of the order - however when it gets to the packing stage - the system will block the user despatching the order.
The order status for any skipped items will change to PICKINGSKIPPED.
To skip an order using the app - hit the shopping cart icon in the top right:
Then hit the unpickable button:
You can also flag the location by pressing the icon to the left of this, which will then generate a connect error on your dashboard:

Resolving Skipped Orders
If you have skipped items for picking then you can either cancel the order, or you can mark the order as picked if you want to ship the order without this item.
If you have double verify enabled and all items are successfully verified at the packing stage then the system will automatically move the orders onto to picked status without any intervention.
To mark the order as picked you will need the MarkPicked role within the Picking-Super group:
