Veeqo Integration

Integration Summary

• Imports Products
• Imports Orders
• Stock Sync
• Updates Tracking Numbers & Despatch Status
• Create ASNs directly from Purchase Orders in Veeqo

Suggested Configuration

Order Import Status: "awaiting_fulfillment" ("Ready To Ship")

Possible values (for multiple status, please enter as a comma seperated list, no spaces between values): awaiting_payment , awaiting_stock , awaiting_fulfillment , shipped , on_hold , cancelled , refunded 

Acquiring API Token

Please complete the following steps in order to acquire an API Token which is required to setup the Veeqo integration with Mintsoft

1. Login into your Veeqo Account
2. Navigate to Employees page (Top Right)
3. Click Add New Employee (Can also add to an existing user but loose sight of who changes things)
4. Once user is created, go to Edit User
5. Scroll down to API Key Section
6. Either copy API Key or click Refresh API Key
7. Copy the API Key that is generated.

Warehouse Name & ID

If you are unsure of the warehouse name and ID to use for the connection, leave it blank and save the connection with the API key entered. Once it has been saved you can hit the "get warehouse" button:
