3PL Invoice - Account Mapping
It is imperative that you complete Ledger Mapping in order for 3PL invoices to be created in Quickbooks for all invoice item type groups.
Please click on the Account Mappings to proceed with configuring the Mappings:
To configure the mappings, please map the AccountCodeType in Mintsoft to the relevant Quick Books income account:
Once completed, there should be a mapping for each AccountCodeType.
A completed example can be seen below:
You must also ensure that any ledger accounts you have mapped to have got a VAT rate set in your chart of accounts on Quick Books
Om QuickBooks go to Accounting > Chart of Accounts
Then edit any accounts being used and make sure they have a specified VAT rate:
3PL Invoice - Configuring Clients / Customers
In order to Create an Invoice in QuickBooks, we must be able to identify which QuickBooks Customer is mapped to which Mintsoft Client.
This can be done by ensuring the Client Name on Mintsoft, matches the Display Name of the Customer on QuickBooks.
In this example, the client on Mintsoft is called "Josh Client"; the corresponding Customer on QuickBooks must therefore be called Josh Client in the Display Name As field.
To check or create a new customer - on Quick Books go to Invoicing > Customers
If the names do not match you will receive an error when trying to create invoice:
3PL Invoice
Once you have confirmed your 3PL Invoice on Mintsoft - hit the create invoice in accounting integration button:
