Overview
Mintsoft Integrates with Netsuite using the SuiteTalk web service.
This will need to be enabled before you start.
The integration supports sales order import from NetSuite & despatch update only
Setup
1 - Login to Netsuite → Setup → Integration → Manage Integrations → New
2 - Enter a name for integration it can be called Mintsoft OMS or the name of the warehouse integration etc. Make sure the state is set to enabled and that the "Token Based Authenication" box is ticked then hit save:
3 - It will then display the consumer key and secret. Make a note of these as they will only be displayed once. Also make a note of the application id as you'll need that.
4 - Now you need to create an Access token to be able to access the integration.
Select the Application name then the user. It might be worth setting up a new user so you know what actions are done by the integration:
Click save. Two more tokens will then be displayed make a note as you'll need them later.
5 - Now you can create the account in Mintsoft

LocationId | This is the location from which you want to import orders. Can be found in netsuite by going to Locations page. Then edit the location you are interested in then the ID is displayed in the URL |
Order Status Filtering
Orders will need to have item fulfilments against them on Netsuite to import to Mintsoft.
Item fulfilment status will need to be "Picked" to import to Mintsoft and once imported - we will update to packed.
