Labels are not printing on courier tool

Common issues when labels are not printing using courier integration tool are:

• Check you have enabled the setting in user settings to print via courier integration tool.
  
  
• Check the user account is the same that is logged into the tool & that is requesting the label from your browser.
  
  
• Check you have stored a printer for each label size on the tool settings page (even if you don't print all of the document sizes)
  
  
• If you are trying to print DPD labels - the 4x4" option on the tool settings page must be a DPD supported printer - either Citizen or TSC Models
