Mirakl - Marketplace Integration

Overview

Mirakl is a marketplace software provider that provides a marketplace platform to various marketplaces.

Please note this is a premium integration, and will be charged at £25 per month.

Setup:

API Key:

To get the API key login to Mirakl platform:

Click on your name in the top right hand corner then to the API key tab.

Copy the api key

The url will vary based on marketplaces.

So you'll need to take that from where you login:

e.g. for Feel Unqiue the URL is - https://feelunique-prod.mirakl.net/

Import Order Status

Will typically be "SHIPPING"

External Couriers / Despatch Updates

You will need to provide external courier names for the Mirakl connection for despatch updates to work.

First - hit the get carriers button on the Mirakl connect screen to get list of available carrier names:

Then go to Shipping > Extras > External Courier Names

And then add all of the values required:

Accept Orders

Some marketplaces allow you to accept orders that in stock. This option is currently just a place holder as all marketplace we have come across so far don't have this option
