3PL - I want to allow Client to Edit, Cancel, Mark Pack & Hold in a certain status

It's possible to allow clients to edit, cancel or Mark as pack and hold.

To Allow this check the following:

1 - Check they have the required roles assigned to their user account

Clients Users -> {Find User} -> Manage Roles. - Check the roles you want to give them if not already checked

2 - Customer Account Settings - Controls what statuses this is possible from.

By default we would only recommend New and OnBackOrder as you wouldn't want them changing orders etc whilst they were out in the warehouse.
