Overview
There are two ways to filter Shopify orders into Mintsoft from Shopify:
1) By using the Shopify location ID assigned to each item on the Shopify order
2) By using an Internal country / zone filter on the Mintsoft connection to only import orders for a specific list of countries (this is only order level and not item level)
Using the Shopify Location ID (item level)
Each item on Shopify is assigned a location ID - if you have multiple warehouses shipping your orders and different SKUs available in each warehouse then this would be the solution.
Firstly - you need to make sure the app on Shopify has access to all of the fulfilment permissions:
Once you have made sure that the permissions have been set, go to the Mintsoft Shopify connection (Connect > Orders > Shopify)
Navigate to the advanced tab and toggle on the two location options;
Save the connection, then hit the get locations button to see the list of Shopify locations available:
Then set the location you only want to import orders for;
The connection will now only import orders for that location.
Note: if no orders import at all, but Shopify has allocated orders to that location - it means you have not set the permissions as shown earlier
Using the internal Mintsoft Country / Zone Filter (order level)
It is possible to import order for only a specific Zone into Mintsoft from Shopify.
If the zone you want to send to does not exist, you can create/ edit zones using the below guide:

To set this up navigate via Connect > Order Integrations > Shopify > Edit
