Order Space Setup (FTP)

Overview

Order space integration can import CSV files from order space FTP server & export stock and despatch update files.

Order Import

If its a new customer database (since 2019) the order space file upload template will already be in place.

If its an old database, the structure of the custom upload to add is:

FTP Setup

Download an FTP client like Filezilla (or equivalent) and make add the following directories once order space have provided credentials;

despatchupdates
stockupdates
processed
failed

Now you need to add FTP Import account on Mintsoft

Enter the credentials provided and select the order space template;

FTP Export

Order space can accept two files - stock updates & despatch updates.

You'll need to add 2 x FTP export accounts on Mintsoft for each using our custom model.

Again new DBS since 2019 will have the models setup but if they are old databases the model setup is below.

Now add the FTP export accounts

Then just need to make sure each export goes to the right FTP path (stock to stock)
