Integration Summary
- Imports orders with status, channel & warehouse filters
- Imports products
- Inventory sync (single warehouse per connection)
- Despatch updates fetched when orders shipped
Overview
The internal Mintsoft integration can automatically import product, order & inventory data from another Mintsoft account.
This is a useful integration if you work with multiple Mintsoft 3PLs and need to send different types of orders to different warehouses.
API Key
First part of setup is to create a client user on the Mintsoft client account that you want to export order data from and/or import inventory to.
If you already have a client user account, then you will need to set the API key to never expire. You will need to have Warehouse / Admin rights to do this.
Connect Setup
Once you have an API key, you now need to create a connection on the Mintsoft account where you want order data to import to.
Navigate to Connect > Orders > Mintsoft
Then click add account & paste in your API key that you have generated:
Order Filtering
You can choose which orders to import from the export Mintsoft account based on:
- Order Status
- Date
- Channel
- Warehouse
Once the connection is setup, you will have buttons to get warehouses & channels:
Hit theses and then a list of warehouses is displayed, you can choose to select a specific warehouse or select "All".
If you need to import orders for multiple warehouses - but not All - then you would need to create multiple connections.
Stock sync is also only available on a singular warehouse connection, if you need to sync stock for multiple warehouses, you would need to create multiple connections.
