UK Mail / DHL Parcel Integration

Credentials

Simply use your i-consign login details and please navigate to Connect > Courier Integrations > UK Mail:

Create new account and enter the login credentials provided:

International Shipments

You need to make sure you have setup your i-consign details properly to include your full shipping info including VAT number otherwise you will get the following error message:

Account is invalid because it must have a VAT number. Please login to the iPostParcels PRO website and provide a VAT / TVA Number for the relevant account on the Maintain Account page. ErrorCode: 8193

Navigate to accounts > maintain accounts

then enter VAT number:

Pre-delivery Notifications

The integration supports UK Mail delivery alerts by default.  If phone is present, notification would be by phone, if only email is present, notification would be by email. 

The toggle "Send Confirmation Of Delivery Email" is only for notifications for the account holder, not the customer.
