Channel Advisor - Integration

Integration Summary:
 

• Imports sales orders
• Option for stock syncronisation
• Updates tracking numbers in Channel Advisor when shipped on Mintsoft
• Updates despatched status when shipped on Mintsoft
• Channel Mapping
• Option for new product creation

Setting up an Account in Mintsoft

Navigate to Connect > Overview > Channel Advisor

You will need the following info from Channel Advisor:

ProfileId  -  This is the ID of your channel advisor account - It can be found on by logging into channel advisor and visiting My Account > Company Information:

DCCode - This is your distribution centre code . Note you might need to get channel advisor support to set you up a new distribution centre if you want to ship from multiple warehouse e.g. FBA and a bespoke fulfillment comparing. Note only orderslines that are set to be fufilled by this distribution centre code will be imported in mintsoft.  

You can find this on Channel Advisor under Inventory > Distribution Centres

Then click create:

Request Access

Once the account is created you will now see it in the Channel Advisor Accounts table. 

To grant Mintsoft OMS access to the account to download orders and sync inventory click the request access button.

Once that has been requested successfully you will need to log into Channel Advisor and approve the access request.

This can be found on the Account Authorizations page:

It also usually sends you an email as well informing that Mintsoft has requested access

Once you have approved that in Channel Advisor - then click go back to the Channel Advisor overview page in MintSoft OMS and click the Green Check Access Button:

This will then check if Mintsoft OMS can access your channel advisor account - If this is successful you are now ready to go!

Product Data Sync

There is an option to sync new products, so if a new product is created in ChannelAdvisor, Mintsoft will check if it exists and create it in Mintsoft with zero stock level using the following attributes:

SKU, Name, Weight, Barcode and Image. Stock can then be booked in against that product.
