Summary
It is possible to generate Amazon seller fulfilled prime labels directly on Mintsoft.
It can be either:
- Royal Mail
- DPD
- Amazon Logistics
For Royal Mail seller fulfilled prime labels, you will need to provide your RM account details to Amazon.
The label will be generated via Amazon, but you will still get billed as normal by Royal Mail.
Mintsoft cannot assist or help with getting your courier accounts added to your Amazon Seller Central account - you or the seller will need to contact Amazon support directly to do this.
If you are unable to get your courier accounts verified by Amazon, then you can purchase labels from Amazons couriers - again you will need to contact Amazon to apply to use Prime services.

The seller will have needed to accept terms and conditions for prime here before they can complete any shipments:
https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/buy-shipping/terms-and-conditions.html
DPD Prime
In order to use DPD - you must also make sure the products you want to ship via DPD prime have at least one dimension over 62CM on the Amazon product data page to use DPD Parcel service, if they do not have this only the prime express pak or royal mail services will be available (if product is under 5KG).
The default Prime DPD labels also print in ZPL format in 6 x 4" size and will need to print on Zebra printers, which is different to DPD labels generated directly.
This can be changed to PNG format, which will print on other printers but still in 6x4" format - if you would prefer PNG format, please contact support@mintsoft.co.uk to change.
Friday Shipping with DPD!
Amazon prime orders placed after 1PM on Thursday & up to 1PM on Friday must be sent on a DPD Saturday Service (with the exception of business addresses)
If you try to create a shipment on a Friday and it returns an error stating no services available - this means you need to upgrade to DPD Saturday Prime service
This can be changed automatically with the Mintsoft order rules module - please contact support@mintsoft.co.uk to add to your account.
