There are 3 methods to apply tracking numbers to orders manually in the system if the shipments have not been created in Mintsoft directly.
Adding tracking numbers on Picking Screen
If you have a USB barcode scanner - it is much quicker to apply them on the scan actions page.
Simply scan the mintsoft barcode number when on the Picking > Order picking screen to bring up the scan actions page.
Then scan the tracking number into the tracking number box & (depending on your scanner execution settings this should automatically save the tracking number) then you will receive a success message:
If your scanner is not setup to automatically enter on execute then you may have to select to update manually (or if you are manually typing / pasting the number in)
Make sure you despatch the order!
If you use this feature more regularly than the barcode re-work feature - you can also set the default cursor on the page to land automatically to the tracking number box by navigating to Settings > User settings and then select Picking Defaults tab:
Change the selection to Tracking and select to save - then you will be able to apply tracking numbers without having to manually put the mouse cursor in the box.
Edit order & add tracking number manually
You can enter the tracking number manually by editing the order on Orders > Overview Page & hitting Actions > Details:
Then scroll down & enter the tracking number & save:
Upload Tracking Numbers
