You can setup the system to automatically request a courier label when you scan the despatch note barcode in Picking > Picking.
This can significantly cut down the time it takes users to create courier labels but should be used with consideration.
It is not advisable to use this settings if this user account needs to make frequent adjustments to the shipment such as qty of parcels, or courier service on the scan actions page.
To do this please navigate to Settings > User Settings > Picking Defaults:
The courier shipment will then be requested automatically and sent to the courier tool if you have that installed and running.
If you also have the Auto Despatch Setting enabled you will then be taken back to the Picking > Picking screen ready to scan for the next label and despatch without seeing the scan-actions page at all.
Enabling Both Auto Options!
If you have enabled both automatic despatch and automatic shipment requests - you will not see the scan actions page at all when completing despatches.
So only enable these settings on user accounts where the scan actions page is not needed for re-work or any other shipping modifications.
