Copy Order (send replacement / exchange)

You can quickly create a copy of an order if you need it sending again for any reason such as delivery failure or damage simply by navigiating to Orders > Overview finding the order and selecting copy order from the action drop down:

Then the system will create an exact copy of the order and deduct stock etc - adding a suffix to the original order id of -copy
