Printing Product Barcode Labels

Overview

The system can print barcode labels for products in almost any format for laser or thermal printing.

Note: if you are printing to a thermal printer, please save the word document as a PDF file type before printing to thermal printer.

You can either use our default template (100 x 50MM):

Print Labels

To print barcode labels for products, please navigate to Products > Extras > Product Labels

Then select individual products or toggle all products:

The system will automatically put the QTY on hand you have in stock to print labels for, but you can adjust this if you want to:

Choose the template you want to print for the products and click generate - the system will download a word document with the barcodes on to print.
