Selecting Specific Expiry Dates, Batches & Serial Numbers when ordering stock

Overview

When placing manual orders (CSV Upload or Integrated orders not yet supported) - you can specifically choose which Expiry Date, Batch Code or Serial Number is allocated to the order.

Change Order Cart User Setting

To do this, first you will need to change a User Setting. Go to Settings > User Settings > Order Cart Defaults > Select Warehouse First When Inputting Order:

Go to Orders > Input New Order as normal - now you will get an additional screen to confirm warehouse:

Now you can select a drill down on the left hand-side of the products which will let you select your specific desired value such as this example selecting an expiry date of 15/05/2018:
