You will need to download and extract our courier integration software tool to your local hard drive:
Please make sure you save printer settings for each label size on the courier integration tool:
Each user will need to have "Print Using Courier Integration Tool" selected in user settings:
You will need to setup courier service mapping for spreadsheet type to link the courier names on the spreadsheet to be used.

Uploading Parcel Forwarding Shipments
Please download the latest excel parcel forwarding template file from:
When you have setup all of the courier mappings for courier services that will be used for parcel-forwarding spreadsheets, you can now upload the file.
Dimensions are optional, you can leave Length, Width & Depth blank
Once the file is complete as above , navigate to Parcel Forwarding > Upload Shipment
Browse for the file you have created and then click upload.
Automatic Shipment Creation!
When you upload a parcel forwarding file - the system will automatically attempt to create a courier shipment if the data is valid - please make sure you are ready to do this!
Once uploaded the system will display success or error messages for the shipments:
You can view the shipments and print labels by navigating to the overview page, or you can print label by selecting scan for label.
First method - please select overview to display shipments:
Select the shipments you wish to print from left hand side and select print labels from drop down:
The printing tool will now print the labels selected:
You can also print label by scanning the shipment reference value in Scan for label:
You will receive success message when matching barcode scan is found relating to shipment reference:
