Book Inventory (Add, Remove , Quarantine or Scrap Stock)

Overview

You can easily book stock in, out or quarantine from one screen for ad-hoc stock adjustments

To access this page please navigate to Warehouse > Book Inventory

You must now drill down for one product (or can start typing to restrict the list) at a time selecting by client & choose your warehouse (if multiple warehouses setup).

Once you have selected your warehouse, it will display the current inventory levels in this warehouse:

To make your stock adjustment you need to select the location you are adjusting stock from - the system will show you all other existing locations first for this product in the drop down:
 

If you want to see exactly how many units are in each location - hit the unallocated tab on the inventory grid above:

Once you have made your location selection, please enter the QTY and type of movement then click book stock.

In our example we are booking 100 units out from C7 as the stock is damaged:

Quarantine / Un-Quarantine Stock / Scrap

You can also use this to Quarantine inventory (temporarily remove from on-hand stock) from a location, Scrap (once Quarantined) Un-Quarantine (add back to on-hand stock) from a location.

To Quarantine stock, select the location the stock currently resides in, set the quantity, then set the Action to Quarantine, then press 'Book Stock'.

To Un-Quarantine stock, select the location the stock currently resides in, set the quantity, then set the Action to UnQuarantine, then press 'Book Stock'.
