Deleting A Warehouse / Making A Warehouse Inactive

Deleting A Warehouse

There may be a time when a warehouse needs removing completely from the system if setup in error.
 

To do this go to SETTINGS and scroll down and select WAREHOUSES
 

A list of Warehouses will be displayed:

Select the DELETE button against the Warehouse you want to delete and then select the OK button to confirm the delete
 

A success message will be displayed:
 

Making A Warehouse Inactive

If you are no longer using a warehouse and do not want any goods to be assigned to it anymore, to stop it being an option when booking in stock or placing orders etc - you can make it inactive.
 

To do this go to SETTINGS and scroll down and select WAREHOUSES:
 

A list of warehouses will be displayed.

Find the Warehouse you wish to make inactive and select the EDIT button:
 

Switch the active toggle to OFF and then select the SAVE button:
 

A success message will be displayed:
 

Now when booking in or transferring any products, or placing orders -  the warehouse that is not active will not be displayed.
