Before you can use the fedex integration, a test label must be generated & approved by Fedex.
Follow this guide to generate your production credentials & then supply these to email@example.com to get approved with fedex.
Generate live (production) credentials
Visit FedEx Web Services Page > Select
FedEx Web Services >
Move to Production >
Get Production Key
Complete the forms, then accept the agreement to continue.
Note down the Production Key and Meter Number displayed.
Your production Account Number can be found at
My Profile >
Check your email address linked to your FedEx account.
You will receive an email with title "
Your developer Production Key Registration is complete", where you will find the Production Password
Support Complete Test Label
Once we have all the credentials, support need to email a test label to firstname.lastname@example.org to certify the label using the test credentials.
In the email to Fedex - provide the production credentials that need to be authorised.
They will confirm once the label has been certified.

Fedex Commercial Invoice Compliance
Certain countries will need a signature file and letterhead file to be uploaded and applied to the Commercial Invoice. Without this, you will not get a label back if trying to ship to selected counties. You can do this via the Fedex Accounts page - Upload Signature file:
