Brightpearl Integration

Integration Summary:
 

• Imports sales orders
• Option for stock syncronisation (manual stock correction feature only)
• Updates tracking numbers
• Updates despatched status
• Option to import PO's as ASNS 
• Option for new product creation (when option to import PO used)

To setup the Brightpearl integration with Mintsoft -  simply create a user account on brightpearl with full API access.

Then navigate to Connect > Order Integrations > Brightpearl and enter these details:

You will need to enter the brightpearl account ID along with the username and password created on brightpearl.

 

Then you can choose to have all brightpearl orders with a fixed pre-fix value and choose the import delay (frequency) - by default we recommend 15 minutes:

Import Purchase Order / ASN

To import PO's placed automatically from Brightpearl as ASNs on mintsoft simply just enable the option on mintsoft and set the ID's as per below settings;

 We will then import based on the following types and status:

Order Status Id = 7
(Meaning "Placed with supplier")

OrderTypeId = 2​
( Meaning "Purchase Order")

Order Stock Status Id = 4
(Meaning "Purchase Order Not Fulfilled")

These ID's mean that we will only collect PO's from brightpearl once in "placed with supplier" status.

When orders are fulfilled you can select to send back fulfilment costs and tracking information as notes to each order by selecting the boxes.

When ready to connect - set the connection to Y for Active.

Why aren't my PO's importing ?

if the PO is not in correct status we won't import it.

e.g.

Should have 

Status of:

Order Stock Status of not fulfilled - At time of writing this was indicated in brightpearl with a Grey Box

We won't be able to import the PO if the Stock status is Fulfiled- At the time of writing this was a green box in brightpearl.

Once the order is imported into Mintsoft it will be marked as Printed and Picked.

When the order is despatched it will then get marked as Packed and Shipped

Channel Mapping

To map channels go to the brightpearl connection overview and click on the channel mapping button:

Then select get latest channels:

Then map them to the channels setup in mintsoft using the drop down box and click update to confirm the mapping:
 

Shipping Mapping

To setup shipping mapping again go to the brightpearl connection overview and select Map Shipping:
 

Select get latest shipping methods;

And again use the drop down options to map the desired shipping service to the brightpearl shipping name and then click update to confirm the mapping:

Multiple Warehouse Mapping Setup

If the brightpearl account has multiple warehouses setup you can select which warehouses to map on the connection.

Navigate to Connect > Overview > Brightpearl

Then hit the Warehouse Mapping option: 

Then hit the button get latest warehouses

Then a list of brightpearl warehouses will be shown.

Simply select the Mintsoft warehouse from the drop down you want to map it to and click update.

Mintsoft will then display the warehouse as MAPPED
