API Key & Account ID Setup
To setup the DEAR integration with Mintsoft you need to create an get an AccountID and Key from Dear.
To do this login to gear then click integrations:
Click API
Once on the page Click the + button. Enter an Application name. This can be anything just something the Client will remember what that connection is doing. Either OMS or the name of the fulfillment house
You Will then get a AccountID and Key.
Once you have these login back into the system.
Go Connect → Overview → Dear
Add
Enter the Key and Account ID
Order Status Setup
You will also need to specifiy Import statuses.
Suggested values are as followed:

Dear Don't provide a Pick Action via the API so for the order to import you are best to mark the order as picked first before we import it.
Once the order has imported successfully it will mark the order as packed in Dear.
When the order is despatched it will then be marked as Shipped in Dear and Courier and Tracking numbers will be fed back.

Despatch Troubleshooting
When we Mark a Dear order as shipped we supply back the courier name. This courier name must be setup in Dear otherwise it will get rejected. This can be done via Settings → Reference Books → Carriers in Dear. e.g Setup values of the couriers you use DHL, DPD, UKMail etc rather than the courier services
