API Key Generation
Add the account. Log out of your EKM account if you are logged in
Once added you'll then see a green Authorise Button under actions:
That will take you to the EKM login page:
Login using your details - Note a staff account won't work will need to be the admin account.
You'll then get asked if you want to authorise mintsoft:
Click the green allow button.
You'll then be taken back to Mintsoft.
Order Status Setup
Recommended import status is usually "Pending" or "Processing" by default.
Note: EKM has an internal traffic light system of which orders need to be 'Green' before they are imported into Mintsoft.
Recommended shipping status = Dispatched or Complete
Upgrading to New API
Remove the url and api key from your account then follow the authorise steps below
Stock Sync - Old Soap API
EKM is sensitive to case. SKUs need to be all upper case or all lower case.
By default, Mintsoft will convert all SKUs to lower case when sending stock update messages to EKM. If you want to use upper case SKUs make sure the "Convert All SKUs to Upper Case - EKM is highly sensitive on Case" is selected on the EKM Connection to avoid stock sync issues.
