Then you can either create a new price for All clients or a specifc client (can leave parcel cost blank if needed):

Then enter new values & click save:
Uploading Courier Prices
For more complex or first time pricing setup we recommend using the spreadsheet loader - which we can provide examples for, please email support@mintsoft.co.uk
To download the pricing template - please navigate to Shipping > Extras > Uploads > Download Courier Service Price Template
There are four pricing columns:
- Parcel cost (enter as Zero if not sure as minimum)
- Additional Parcel Cost (enter as Zero if not sure as minimum)
- Client Parcel Cost
- Client Additional Parcel Cost
Key thing is to populate the two client columns, you can do your own cost columns for reference but its optional (the client cannot see your cost prices when they login).
The additional parcel column is the rate we charge when more than one parcel is sent to the same address – most typically used when subsequent parcels are discounted.
If you want to charge a flat rate no matter how many parcels are sent, just enter the same rate in each column.
Courier Services
The courier service name will need to match the value stored in the database exactly for the price to upload successfully.
Clients
You can set pricing up for specific clients or as a default for all clients.
For an individual client the value you enter must match the client short name in the database exactly.
To enter a rate for all clients, simply enter All in the client column
Weight Bands
You will need to enter a minimum and maximum weight band for each pricing point - e.g. 0-1kg
Country / Zone
You can setup pricing for individual countries or for zones (groups of countries). Only populate one of these columns.
Charge Weight by Consignment
In most cases the value of this should be set to FALSE.
You would only set this value to TRUE if you wanted to charge shipments on a total weight basis, instead of total parcel QTY basis
