Its possible to setup automated recurring billing charges to your clients such as account management, stock management - fixed room/area storage etc.
Add Recurring Billing Item
To setup - please navigate to 3PL Accounting > Overview > Recurring Invoice Items:
Invoice Item Types!
You can only add recurring billing if you have setup additional item types see guide here:
Then click create, you can now select:
- The client the charge relates to
- The type of charge (needs to be setup previously in Manage Invoice Item Types)
- The amount
- The frequency (either daily, weekly or monthly)
- Finally a comment for the charge for any other info:
