Mintsoft uses the universal ISO list of country terms to import orders onto our system.
Occasionally however you will receive orders from external sources that do not use this list of country terms and it will create an error on your dashboard:
Create Country Mapping
Navigate to Settings (gear icon top right) > Country Mappings
Then enter the value that is being sent from the external source in the value box, and select from the drop down the country Mintsoft has stored, then click create:
Resolve Country Not Found Import Error
Once mapping created created go back to to dashboard and find the error(s) tick the left hand option and click resolve:
