Store Settings
For some stores you will need to enable inventory tracking on a product level before inventory changes can sync from Mintsoft:
Shopify:

Woo:

API / App Setup
Shopify stock sync failing can be caused by an invalid location ID, if you are not sure if the location ID is correct - Mintsoft will need a login to the store to investigate.
It can also be caused by insufficient permissions on the private app setup or API keys.
For Shopify - Mintsoft needs read/write access to products and inventory.
For Woo Commerce - please make sure the API keys have read / write access.
Stock Only Syncs when it changes in Mintsoft
Our connection will only sync stock levels when they change in Mintsoft - so if the stock levels haven't changed then stock levels wont sync to the store.
If they are new products, the problem could be that the products were added on the store after they were added to Mintsoft and so missed the first sync level we sent.
If stock levels are changed manually on the store directly then this would also stop stock levels being the same until they changed in Mintsoft again.
Trigger Full Stock Sync
To trigger a one off sync for all stock levels for all products simply go to Connect > Overview
Then select the relevant connection type and scroll over to the right & hit trigger full stock sync for that connection:
