It it possible to have a custom URL for customers who want to brand the system as their own.
SSL and Domain Name Setup
1 - Need to decide on the subdomain you want to use can be any sub domain you aren't currently using
Once you have decided on that some DNS configuration done steps below:
A cname record needed to be added:
e.g. for portal.mywebsitename.com
the record would look like
2 - Once that is done we can then request the SSL certificate:
We will also need you to provide an SSL certificate for this sub domain. You'll typically need access to admin@ email address
Once we have the SSL certificate from you, we can add this in along with the branding below.
3 - Branding
To be able to brand the system will need the following in PNG or JPEG format.
1 - Main Login Logo - 400px wide recommend
2 - Small Logo - Fixed Size - 121px x 50px - Appears at the top of each page
3 - Fav Icon - 32 x 32 or 64 x 64 recommended
Sending Emails from your own domain:
If you don't want emails alerts to come from email@example.com you can also configure emails to be send via your own mail gun account.
To do this go Customer Account Settings -> Email:
Most standard emails domains won't like you having an email account setup to a system that is sending hundreds of mail. Hence we only support and recommend mail gun for such usuage.
If you want to use an IMAP or POP style email account it is possible but we will not provide any help or support on this.
