Overview
You can search order history and track with external courier links simply by navigating to the orders overview section.
Navigate to Orders > Overview
Then simply search for your desired term (Post-Code, Order Number and Name are searchable):
Once you have found your order then hit Actions > Track
(actions button can be on the far right on smaller screens so may need to scroll)
Parcel tracking status will be displayed with the relevant courier:

If you can't find your order data - make sure you have your order status filter set to ALL, then click filter again. If in doubt simply hit the reset filter button:
