Add subscription product rules

To add a new subcription rule - please go to Products > Add new subscription

Enter the SKU that the system will receive as the subscription to apply rules against, and then the length & frequency of the subscription. Please note you cannot add a bundle - you will need the add the component SKUs of the bundle individually.

So if the SKU relates to a 6 month subscription enter as follows:

Now you need to determine which product gets sent on each part of the subcription:

Keep adding the products until you have the same amount of parts to your subscription as the subscription length:

Now - when the system receives an order containing a SKU of  BIMONTH-SUB

it will create 4 orders:

Order 1 = NEW-TSHIRT-SKU 

Order 2 = TEST1-XXL

Order 3 = TEST2-XL

Order 4 = 00001123

Each order will also contain 1 x Tangastics as that has been setup to be delivered on Every order

2-4 orders will get created with a future release date and held in PACKANDHOLD status on the system until the date is reached for the subscription plan.

If you want future dated subscription orders to be generated instantly, then set the value as 0.

If you want the orders to appear in the system, 1 week before they are due to be despatched - set the value to 7, and so on.

The value you select here, depends on how frequently you book stock into the system.
