To process a return, please navigate to Picking > Returns or Returns > Input Return
Then if the customer has returned the despatch note sent with the system - you can simply scan this barcode to return the order.
If they have not returned the original despatch note, you can still search by order number, name & post code, but make sure you tick the box:
Then select the customer from the results:
Select Items to Return
You can scan items to automatically select the items being returned if they are barcoded or just scroll down and select the items manually:
You will now get a success if return has been logged successfully.
To complete the return hit the confirm button in the top left:
Complete Return - Assigning Returns to Locations
The final stage of the return is to assign the stock to a location - however this is optional.
Location is Optional!
If you don't want to assign the location to the returned item you can skip this step and just hit the green Confirm Return button!
By default the system will show you the existing default pick location of the product
If you drop down the box the system will also show all other existing locations.
Once you have assigned all return stock - hit the green confirm return button
