Feature Overview
Mintsoft now provides functionality to quickly flag a Client as 'On-Stop'.
Each Client Account is now configurable with an On-Stop flag which, when this flag is activated and a client is placed on-stop, will prevent the completion of several key tasks around the system.
Putting Client on Stop
To put a client on stop, navigate to Clients > Overview > (search for client) > Actions > Edit > General Tab
Then scroll down to the bottom and toggle on:
Dashboard Widget
Clients that are OnStop can be easily identified using the Dashboard Widget as below.
Detailed Analysis
The Client Overview screen has been updated to show when a client is on-stop, providing a quick reference for effective Client Account Management as shown in the image below. It is also possible to extract this data when Generating the CSV Export.
Key Tasks which will be disabled against Client Order once the 'On-Stop' Flag has been activated:
- Prevents Orders being added to a Batch
- Prevents Orders being marked as Despatched
- Prevents Orders being Printed
- Prevents Orders having Shipments Raised
When a Client is 'OnStop', and they try to process an action above, an error like the one below will be displayed:
It is important to note that when marking a Client as 'On-Stop' this will not prevent orders from flowing into Mintsoft. Tasks not specifically listed above, will still continue to operate as normal.
