Credentials
Please contact your Aramex Account Manager to acquire credentials and commence setup.
Setup the connection in Mintsoft
Once the Account details has been acquired, the connection can be configured within Mintsoft. To setup the integration in Mintsoft, Navigate to Connect > Courier Integrations >Aramex.
Click on “Add Account” and select a Client and a Warehouse and fill in the form data with the received information.
After this is done, Navigate to Shipping Management > Couriers and click “Add new Courier”. After filling in the form and creating the courier, within Shipping Management > Couriers, navigate to Aramex and click “ManageCourierServices”, and fill in the form with the name you want to appear when selecting a courier on order creation and the other necessary data and click “Add”
Navigate to Shipping Management > Extras > Courier Service Codes and click “Add New Courier Service Code”.
When completing the form, Select the option “Aramex” on the courier dropdown list, give it a Code and complete the other data in the following way:

a. P (Prepaid - Transportation Charges payable by shipper)
b. C (Collect - Transportation Charges payable by consignee)
c. 3 (Third Party) – Currently not supported
5. Extra Code 4 (Description of goods) – Users description of the sent goods
6. Extra code 5 (Dimensions)- Width, Height, Depth – Separated by “;”(i.e. 15;20;25)
Navigate to Shipping Management > Extras > Courier Service Code Mappings and click “Add New Courier Service Code Mapping” button and complete the following way:
- CourierServiceId – Select the wanted Aramex Courier Service, previously introduced in the ManageCourierServices section before
- CourierServiceCodeId – Select the wanted CourierServiceCode, previously introduced in Add New Courier Service Code section above.
